This review is long overdue. Hired Jim last summer to redo our kitchen and give our entertainment a face-lift. He's very attentive to what we wanted and provided his technical knowledge. He would also frequently check to make sure we were on the same page as far as design, placement, scheduling, etc. Products used seem to be highly quality. Very fair pricing and didn't nickel and dime us. He has a great crew except for his tilers who weren't as meticulous as Jim. Overall, we were happy with the work and highly recommend SoCal woodworks!

We just wrapped up our second project with So Cal WoodWorks in the past 5 years and they blew away our expectations. Wanted to replace our 45 year old battered linen closet doors. James and Kelly are great to work with. Even tho there were a few hiccups with the manufacturing (no fault of theirs), they were diligent in making sure we would get the best quality workmanship and they didn't disappoint. The doors are solid wood, and stained to perfectly match the old trim. James is a perfectionist even staining where the previous hinges had been installed over unstained trim. We couldn't been happier with the gorgeous doors. Hire this company with confidence!

I don't have enough accolades in my vocabulary to describe how professional, honest, cordial, meticulous, and efficient James and his crew do their work. Firstly, James keeps to the meeting and work schedules he states from the beginning to the end of the project. Secondly, he builds mostly on-site - how much more custom can you get? Thirdly, he and his crew cleans up after themselves after every workday. They take their workplace (my home) seriously and make sure my living situation is not inconvenienced by separating their work area from the rest of the house.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. A thousand words can't express how both externally and internally joyful and grateful I am with the product produced by James and his crew.
